Who we are

This website is operated by Alliance Traffic Systems LLC ("Alliance Traffic Systems"), which is the data controller for the personal information collected through it. Questions about this policy and requests about your information go to info@alliance.ae.

What we collect

We collect the information you submit through this website: your name, organisation, work email address, telephone number and any details you include in an enquiry, quote request, job application or datasheet download.

We also collect basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit, used only to keep the site working and to understand which content is useful.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or provide the technical documentation you requested.

To manage an existing customer relationship, including project delivery, maintenance and warranty.

To meet our legal and contractual obligations.

How we use it

Your details are used by our engineering and commercial teams to answer you. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you have not asked to join.

Newsletter subscriptions are opt-in and every message includes a way to unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers who help us operate this website and our systems, and only to the extent needed to provide that service.

We may disclose information where required by law or by a competent authority.

How long we keep it

Enquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as needed to serve the relationship and to meet our legal obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

The law that applies

We process personal information in accordance with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL). Where we handle information about individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR and UK GDPR apply to that processing as well.

Your rights

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how it is used. Write to info@alliance.ae and we will respond within a reasonable period, and within any period the law requires.
