Precision-engineered radar and smart systems — designed, fabricated, finished and assembled in-house in Abu Dhabi.
Design and engineering
Fully dimensioned, multi-view elevation drawings define structure, panel layout, equipment bays and mounting before a sheet is cut.
Steelworks and galvanizing
MS profiles cut, welded and fabricated into structural frames, then hot-dip galvanized for corrosion protection in harsh roadside environments.
Aluminium fabrication
Fibre-laser cutting for tight-tolerance profiles and perforated tower patterns, hydraulic shearing and CNC press-brake bending.
Finishing and assembly
Ground and surface-finished, powder-coated for a UV-stable weatherproof finish, then assembled into complete ready-to-deploy units.

Material selection
Aluminium sheet for lightweight, corrosion-resistant panels; mild-steel sheet and structural profiles for load-bearing frames.

Steelworks
Structural frames cut, welded and fabricated to the engineered design, then hot-dip galvanized in zinc.

Aluminium
Sheet turned into finished panels and enclosures on a fibre-laser cutter, hydraulic shear and CNC press brake.

Finishing
Welds ground out, surfaces finished, then powder-coated and colour-matched to the product.

Assembly
Structures, panels, enclosures and equipment bays integrated into complete units, checked before they leave the plant.
